This 2 hour course is for those of you who have been through labor and delivery already. In a fun and interesting way we will give an overall review of the birthing process. Since we all know it is hard to remember everything you learned the first time around, we will go over such things as signs of labor, breathing techniques and pushing techniques and more.

We will also teach you some great relaxation techniques and go over the VERY important issue of pain management options. We know this is a class that will be beneficial to both you and your birthing partner.

The refresher class is the second half of our regular Childbirth Education Class.  You would simply join the class for the last two hours.  The cost of the class is $100 per couple.  A deposit of $50 is due at sign up and balance is to be paid at class.
