POSTNATAL WORKOUT

 

WANT YOUR PRE-PREGNANCY BODY BACK?

WANT TO FEEL AND LOOK YOUR BEST?? 

This class is designed to get Moms out of the house and to get some "me" time.


It is a strength training/cardio interval class.  We will work each and every muscle group in the hour plus burn fat with cardio intervals.  Core (abdominal area) will be given special attention throughout the class!


The class will suit beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels with options given for each group.

 


This class is taught by Cara Muhlenbruck.


Cara is a certified personal trainer by ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and by IFTA (Interactive Fitness Trainers of America).

She is also a A Specialist in Sports Conditioning thru the ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association), and has a

Kettlebell Certification as well.


She went to school to further her knowledge and received a Bacelors of Science.  She took classes such as human anatomy and physiology, physics, biology, and chemistry!


This class is $20 for a walk-in or 6 classes for $90.  You do not need to pre-register.  It is offered every Friday, from 6:30-7:30 beginning September 10th. 


Just come in wearing comfortable clothes, sneakers and bring a large exercise ball.
