Our goal as independent educators is to offer you information on all childbirth choices. Because we are not bound by policy or procedure from any one institution we are free to be completely honest in all aspects of the birthing process.

Our ultimate goal is to teach all methods of childbirth, not just Lamaze, while empowering women at the same time.  Numerous studies and statistics prove over and over again that during childbirth your mind becomes an ancient tool.  It can decrease pain perception while allowing your body to relax and do its job the way nature intended.  In a New Baby Belly childbirth education class you will learn a great deal about body-mind connection, the entire birthing process, modern medical interventions, pain management modalities, health and nutritional guidance and much more.  We will bring out in you the power you possess.  Remember—knowledge is power!  You all have it.  We’ll just remind you!

Our upbeat course speaks to the modern parent with a “girlfriend approach” offering clear, easy to understand information. Our class is taught with a sense of humor not found in any other class.

Upon completion of our course, you and your partner have the tools and confidence you need to proceed through your labor and birth feeling empowered.

This 5 hour class is taught in one day OR in two evenings!!

The cost of the class is $200 per couple.

A $50 deposit is due at sign up and the balance is to be paid at the time of class.  Please note that there will be a $10 service charge for refunds.
