Breast feeding is a natural process

It is as much science as it is art.

This course is designed to show you the benefits of breast feeding your baby.

-Benefits of breast feeding and breast milk for both mother and baby

-Positioning your baby at breast

-How to know you are making enough milk

-What to expect during the first weeks at home

-Avoiding common difficulties

-Nutrition for the nursing mother

-Father’s role in successful breast feeding

-How you can continue breast feeding and return to work

-Information on choosing a breast pump

-The correct ways to pump and store breast milk

-When and why to call for support

This class is taught by a Certified Lactation Consultant, using our signature ‘girlfriend’ approach;-)

The cost of the class is $50 for mom.  You are welcome to bring dad, or anyone else you feel is supportive, along to this class for free!!

We also offer Medela Breast Pumps in the ‘Pump in Style Advanced Backpack’ or ‘Pump in Style Advanced Shoulder Bag’ at a discounted price of $259.  You can order in advance, or purchase at the time of class.
